Gord was the general contractor that built my custom town home I Baytree on Bayview Avenue in Toronto. It is a custom build home as I added a significant amount of upgrades and changed the original plan. This luxury townhome is over 3800 square feet. There were a significant amount of upgrades; gourmet custom kitchen with build in wine cellars and professional grade stove, the steam shower, changing the original four bedroom plan into a custom three bedroom plan enlarging the laundry room, creating custom closets, to all of the upgraded lighting throughout the townhome including over 110 pot lights .
The following approaches were used:

Team approach: Cost analysis vs implementation of upgrades in a multi unit set up. Many trades were involved and he did coordinate and ensure that he met all of the requirement of each of the individual owners. He was able to manage the building process and the implementation of the many different upgrades for all of the owners of the individual townhomes. The project was managed well overall.

Provided great customer care: May of the trades such as Paris kitchen caused him many issues, however all of the upgrades were completed and the finished product is gorgeous.

Above and beyond: He made a few changes to meet my needs at no additional cost to myself.

Caring with a vision: – He really demonstrated that he has pride in his product.

Good customer relations: He was respectful in multiple stressful situations. I would recommend him for this 34 town house project in Niagara Falls.
